Roof Rehabilitation and Drainage Improvement
Multiple leaks were linked to a concealed internal gutter, unsuitable roof gradients and inadequate earlier detailing. Carlright replaced the gutter system, installed a metal deck over the existing roof and elevated the airwell roof to improve water flow and long-term protection.

Yes. The process includes a written proposal and quotation for the customer to review before approving the work.
Is a five-year warranty included?
Warranty coverage of up to five years may be available. The applicable duration, scope and exclusions are stated in the approved quotation and warranty handover.
